Susanne Ekstrom’s business journey began during the dot-com era, but after her company went bankrupt, she became a management consultant, helping companies of all sizes and industries solve problems, especially when management was not listening enough to employees. She focuses on freeing up time, increasing productivity and profitability, and designing business models that can scale two to three times. Inspired by her experience as a consultant, she started her own company to focus on these three areas.
